Idaho&#8217;s Gods Green Earth, Jeff Buckley&#8217;s Grace, and The Pixies Bossanova are on shuffle on the stereo.  This is just after I entered the place saying to Pete Greig that Idaho are my all time favourite band&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nHaight Ashbury is undeniably cool.  I&#8217;ve just met up with Pete and Dave Blackwell at San Francisco airport, and we&#8217;ve stopped off at a coffee house before meeting one of Pete&#8217;s local contacts for lunch.<br \/>\nOr have we died and gone to heaven?
