I enjoy a good technology rant, and the levels of health and safety nonsense over wi-fi radiation have induced this little gem from Peter Cochran, ex R&D head at BT.
What nicer way is there to end a bank holiday weekend, than to spend the evening at home with a few friends and some good beer from your local micro brewery :-)

Just got my latest piece of part-time work in from Lin Kerr over at White Fire Brides. Having done some major updates to her White Fire Brides website, I'm updating her design website at Lin Kerr Design. She sent me the spec in an envelope with this picture on the front.

"Just grit your teeth and go the distance!" I said to myself as I entered the last kilometre before reaching my home.
Another half marathon distance, you ask? Nope, just 5k! OK, in my defence I'd gone at it fairly hard, but my first run since completing the Reading Half Marathon was hardly a convincing display of fitness.
Perhaps too much cakey goodness in the intervening period...
...I'll need to get back to my training then.
