OK Ian, here you go...

Easyish way up Great Gable, but pretty steep on the way down and back up Kirk Fell!

By rights this should be a much longer post, but its past my bed time. Need that beauty sleep and all ;-)

Just had a great weekend in the Lake District with Shirley, Amo and Karen. Its two days on, but my legs still hurt! Am I really that unfit? Or that old and knackered? In my defense, I did ascend and descend this:
